Exchange Policy

Keila Co. is an exchange only small business.

If an exchange is needed please send us a message withing 14 days and leave us the best email to reach back out to you so we can start processing the exchange process.

We will accept exchanges with products being visibly unworn. Products must be in the state they were received. ( tags still on, unwashed, not damaged)

We may ask for more information or photos to help us.
